Promontorio (BRI 100%): Copper-Gold-Silver-Antimony
The Promontorio Project is located 200km West of Chihuahua City and comprises three mineral concessions covering 187 hectares 100%-owned by Bendito. The property is situated within a district containing numerous, multi-million-ounce gold-silver mines currently in operation, including the Ocampo, Pinos Altos, Coñcheno, Mulatos and Dolores mines, all located within 100km of the project.
The Promontorio deposits is a high-sulfidation epithermal system sourced from an underlying copper-gold porphyry system as revealed by deep drilling >1km below surface.
Four main targets identified have been drilled consisting mostly of vuggy silica layers hosting multiple crosscutting veins, vein breccias, and hydrothermal breccias; from north to south these targets are Risco Dorado, Rojo Grande, Cascada, and Promontorio targets, representing Cascada and Promontorio the most developed with a Mineral Resource Estimate totaling 2.9M tons containing 39,600 tons of copper at 1.4% Cu, 151,000 ounces of gold at 1.5g/t Au, and 3,260,000oz of silver at 35g/t Ag.
A metallurgical scoping study recommends flotation facility for processing, where metallurgical testing is indicating 2:1 concentration ratio producing sulfide concentrate with 35% copper, 8.5 g/t gold, 528 g/t silver, with >97% recovery.
Bendito’s strategy is to focus on developing a mining plan with the existing mineral resource estimate and work a preliminary feasibility study and define economics which are believed to generate high value considering current market conditions.
